"Disappointed and Never Heard Back"
I was hoping this would end up being a good purchase, but I’m disappointed. For what I paid, the whole order just didn’t feel worth it, and the product looked a lot nicer online than it did when it showed up.
Shipping also took longer than I expected, which was frustrating on its own, but what really bothered me was that there was no follow-up at all. No check-in, no real update, nothing to make it feel like they cared after the order was placed. I don’t think I’d order from Bean Products again
"Not a lot to pick from"
I checked out the selection and there just wasn’t much to choose from. I even looked back through my email receipt to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, but the options were limited.

"Communication could’ve been better"
Overall, my experience was okay, but I did find the communication a bit frustrating at times. It was sometimes hard to get clear answers, and a few emails felt like they took longer than expected to be noticed or responded to. I think things would’ve gone more smoothly with a little more follow-up.
"Got the Wrong Stuff in My Order"
I ordered two buckwheat pillow refills, so I was excited to freshen up my pillows... and then I opened the box and it was cotton stuffing instead. Shipping was totally fine, which I appreciated, but it was such a letdown to get the wrong items. Now I have to mess with returns, and I’m just kind of frustrated...

"Looks nice, just a little darker than expected"
I ordered the meditation cushion in sage green, and it’s close to the pictures. In my room it looks a bit darker than I expected, which is slightly annoying because I was hoping for that lighter sage shade. Still, it looks good and feels really well made. I’m only taking off one star for the color difference, but maybe I’m being ridiculous about the exact shade.

"I ordered the fill thinking it was..."
I ordered the fill thinking it was going to be soft. Like squishy, sink-in kind of soft. But when it showed up and I actually used it… yeah, way firmer than I expected. I tried shifting it around, pulling some out, messing with it a bit. Still just feels kind of hard.
Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. It arrived like it should. It’s just the feel that threw me off. Not awful, not unusable maybe, but definitely not the cozy soft thing I had in my head...

"Box arrived crushed and dirty"
My order from beanproducts.com showed up looking rough. The box was crushed, the tape was half open, and the item inside had dust and marks on it. I’m not sure if it was packed badly or just got handled poorly, but something about it felt careless. Definitely annoying after waiting for it to arrive.

"Checkout turned into a hassle"
Trying to pay was way more annoying than it needed to be. The payment kept glitching, and when I tried to get it sorted out, I felt like I was being passed around instead of someone actually fixing the issue. What should’ve been a quick checkout ended up taking forever...

I reached out to support hoping to get my issue sorted, but it took way longer than I expected and I never really knew what was going on. I felt kind of left in the dark the whole time, and in the end, my problem still wasn’t really fixed.

I’m still waiting on my exchange, and it’s been way more frustrating than it should be. Customer service keeps giving me vague answers, so I’m not really confident they’re actually handling it. At this point I’m just hoping it gets sorted out eventually.

"Customization wasn’t as flexible as I hoped"
I ordered from Bean Products because I thought I’d have a lot more control over the customization, but it ended up feeling more limited than I expected. Some of the options were a little confusing, and I never felt totally sure what the final product was going to look like. It turned out okay, just not quite what I had pictured. For what I paid, I expected the whole process to be clearer and more flexible. It also left me wondering if the company is more focused on getting the sale than really helping customers fine-tune what they want.

"Backorder was frustrating, though not totally awful"
My order ended up on backorder and it dragged on way longer than I expected. I got barely any real updates, which was annoying. At the same time, I guess the product must’ve been in demand, so I can understand delays happening, but the communication still could’ve been much better.

I didn’t expect the return to be this frustrating. I had to go back and forth over email for days just to get clear instructions, and the whole time it felt like support was acting like the issue was somehow my fault. In the end, I still felt stuck paying for a mistake I didn’t make. I probably won’t order again unless they make the return process a lot easier

I thought this would be easier to keep clean but the cover stains fast and getting it looking decent again takes way longer than I expected.

Well... overall, my order was good and everything showed up just fine. The only thing that stood out was the shipping cost, which felt a bit higher than I expected. Still, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again.

I messaged them about my order and for days I was waiting, just to get a clear answer. When they finally did reply, it didn’t actually solve anything, which was frustrating. Customer service felt kind of useless to me, honestly.

I tried to place an order, but wow, the website was just not fun to deal with. It felt slow, then the pages kept shifting around, and I couldn’t tell if it was loading or glitching. The filters didn’t really make sense either, or maybe they did but they were just awkward to use. Then I got to checkout and that was confusing too, so I ended up just giving up after a while

I ordered from Bean Products thinking the fabric would be soft and comfortable, but the second I felt it, I was already disappointed. It had this scratchy, rough texture that just didn’t give off the cozy vibe I was hoping for.
I tried using it for a few nights anyway because I didn’t want to feel like I wasted my time and energy dealing with another return, but it never really softened up. It kept bothering my skin and made it hard to actually relax.
Maybe some people won’t mind the texture, but for me it was a total deal breaker. I wish I had gone with something softer from the start instead of wasting energy trying to make this work.

I ordered from beanproducts.com expecting it to ship in a normal timeframe, but it ended up taking way longer than I planned for. The timing was really frustrating because I needed it by a certain point, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just stuck checking and guessing what was going on.
The product might be totally fine, but the slow shipping kind of ruined the whole experience for me. It showed up too late to be useful when I actually needed it, and waiting around with no real updates made it feel even longer.
